Returns and Eligibility
The EAC team is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Please include your order number or order confirmation to ensure efficient processing.
This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. EAC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Final Sale Items
Orders that receive a discount of 15% or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
