Materials: The Elliptic Wrist Ball is machined from solid Nylon and comes with a rubber non-slip band across the center so you don’t have to worry about slipping. The polypropylene strap is connect to the core of the handle and has a metal loop on the end for a carabiner.
Construction and Capacity: The elliptic shape of the handle is designed to work the tendons in your fingers and strengthen pronation. The Elliptic Wrist Ball is comfortable to hold and is designed with a grooved surface to be non-slip while training. The maximum capacity of the handle is an impressive 300lbs.
Dimensions: The dimensions of the Elliptical Wrist Ball is 8.5cm long and is 5.5cm in diameter at it’s widest. The Elliptic Wrist Ball weighs in at 0.42kg
