Construction and Capacity: The Hook Master is a traditionally shaped piece of hook training equipment, The cylindrical shape in conjunction with the steel thumb grip helps activate the specific muscles during a hook. The handle has a fine diamond knurl to provide extra grip and supplements smooth movements when using the Hook Master. The maximum capacity of this handle is an impressive 250lbs.
